Effective 2/11/2020, Bright Hope, Inc. /Change Me Ministries & Fellowship, is now
​approved as a Child Care Subsidy Vendor for the Virginia Department of Social Services.
Bright Hope Inc. provides child care services for approximately 39 children ages 3 years to 12 years old.

Imagine an alternative to traditional childcare that provides an activity based learning environment that mirrors those used at top-ranked schools, learning and vocational centers around the country.  

​The Bright Hope Educational Learning Center is an academic enrichment program for children ages Pre-K through elementary school. We provide individualized lesson plans, study guides, and achievement markers to help each student reach their maximum potential. Our curriculum and tutoring methods are developed and reviewed by current and former educators and post-graduate early education students.

Sometimes we are afraid to ask the question – “How much does it cost?”
To answer that question – We have a Plan that will fit your budget. We meet with you in a conference setting to discuss your needs and how Bright Hope can help. Then we create your Plan. All families will contribute something. Not everyone will possibly pay the same thing. We do tuition match, discounts for multiple children, income based fees as well as emergency assistance. Weekly tuition ranges from $50 to $105 per week.
